**Description and Requirements**
This role will lead a high-performance team whose objective is to achieve industry-leading operations. Responsibilities include people management of teams that demand forecasting, supply commits, inventory planning, managing corresponding account operations. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional groups such as business planning, product management, sales, marketing, supply chain, global business unit, and customer support teams which is paramount to achieve key objectives.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Accountability for the management and development of the NA Consumer retail customer collaboration team.
+ This leader must set clear job expectations that are in alignment with the NA strategy and leadership objectives, track KPI progress and achievements, and provide constructive feedback for all members of the organization.
+ This Leaders must support and encourage a positive and inclusive workplace culture and support programs that foster collaboration.
+ Encourage growth and development of all team members to meet their career objectives and the needs of the business. Recognize and reward growth and achievement of employees
+ Provide guidance and support for the CCM team to conduct business analysis, to proficiently utilize reporting systems, to manage forecasting and inventory management.
+ Must be able to guide the retail CCM team to disseminate complex data, discern the key elements, and provide tracking of metrics as needed by the business
+ Must be able to lead the CCM team to pivot and adapt to process changes as different business needs arise.
+ Operationally accountable for team performance
+ Evolve and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for team functions.
+ Continuously enable the team to improve processes with the objective of achieving forecast accuracy, including forecasting, commits, CPFR and Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) management.
+ Own and manage the inventory process for consumer retail including replenishment thresholds and approvals and maintaining FGI limits.
+ Analyze complex/new situations; manage business solutions or implement new approaches, procedures, or processes for the retail CCM team.
+ Plan and execute all projects / assignments associated with role as they arise.
+ Influence and manage key relationships
+ Provide input and advice to all levels of leadership on business objectives, BMS, and results.
+ Influence and advise management on critical and strategic decisions or business issues related to held accounts.
+ Support the efforts of the sales and category teams in fulfilling their responsibilities to sell and install Lenovo products, offerings, solutions, and services in all applicable markets.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ 12+ years of industry experience in the areas of retail planning, supply chain, or sales operations.
+ Bachelors Degree
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 3+ year people management experience
+ Goal-oriented, operationally disciplined, and initiative-driven, focused on continuous improvement.
+ Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to think strategically.
+ Self-starter with strong work ethic.
+ Strong leadership skills with experience leading and growing teams.
+ Ability to perform quickly and adapt as market dynamics change.
+ Ability to communicate with all levels of a customer organization, as well as with internal executives, explain critical concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner.
