We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Retail Channel Demand Planning Sr. Manager to join our team in supporting Stanley Black and Deckers T&O Retail Channel business. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing sales and demand patterns, collaborating with key retail channels, developing accurate demand forecasts, and communicating demand plan decisions to key stakeholders. This role will facilitate the 0 to 15 month forecast alignment process with Commercial Sales and Channel teams. The Retail Channel Demand Planning Sr. Manager will continuously drive confidence and reliability with all stakeholders to support Commercial teams, operations, and commercial finance. This position requires strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen understanding of demand planning principles.
Location: This is a hybrid role based out of our headquarters in Towson, MD.

Experience in a demand planning, supply chain management, or a similar roleExperience effectively collaborating with internal teams and building strong relationships with key accountsExperience using data to solve problems, make informed decisions, and implement effective solutionsProficient in using Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, and other relevant software applicationsWhat Will Put You Ahead
Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or retail industry experienceBachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, mathematics, statistics, or a related fieldExperience analyzing complex data sets, identifying patterns, and generating accurate demand forecastsProficiency in demand planning software and statistical forecasting toolsExperience with JDA/SAP IBP or similar advance planning systemsKnowledge of supply chain management principles and demand planning best practicesFamiliarity with sales and operations planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and cross-functional collaborationStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectivelyWe Don’t Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too.
