Retail Associate
Key Responsibilities:The Retail Associate (RA) will be in charge of improving the Biopharma sales and market share assigned Retail Key account branches, including but not limited to Mercury Drug (MDC).He/she will be responsible for the execution of defined metrics in key accounts and ground operations. These metrics will include availability of products, consistency of sell-in levels at the branches, inventory management, and the implementation of trade programs and point-of-sale retail strategies at the branch level.The RA will work with Retail KAMs and Strategist to gather actionable insights at point-of-sale and other customer touchpoints.Detailed Responsibilities:
Map assigned branches according to opportunity and implement specific strategies to address customer needs. Work with Retail KAMs and Strategist to ensure availability, inventory management, and execution of point-of-sale retail strategies. Understand the customer journey at retail and drive retention and loyalty through the seamless and timely execution of trade programs. Achieve KPIs set by leadership; set and monitor achievement and points for improvement across accounts. Collaborate with other functions to drive the business as needed (marketing, GSC, RA, finance, etc) Key Activities shall include but not be limited to:
Merchandising Execution Management
Measurement of product availability and right stocking levels of must-carry lines
Activation and preservation of Point-of Sale (POS) materials
Execution of processes from planning, execution, monitoring to reporting
Feedback loop on executional challenges and opportunities
Field Execution Reports shall include but not be limited to:
Availability
Inventory
Purchase order materials
Business intelligence (covering but not limited to competitive reporting, price updates, and other relevant reports)
Branch Engagement
Right priority metrics for frequency of calls and visits
Conduct simple detailing on products and other relevant programs for stores covered
In-store programs preparations and other activities (i.e. openings, activations, presentations, trade visits, etc.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree5-7 years related work experienceRetail management, trade marketing, sales management and/or key account managementSales experience is a must.Time Management SkillsProficiency in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPointHas attention to detailExcellent communication skills
