As an Account Manager, and part of the RBS-VSP (Retail Business Service - Vendor Success Program) team, you will help shape and deliver strategies for managing vendors for Amazon Retail.

RBS-VSP team is looking for a bright, customer centric, data driven, and creative candidate to join our team. The successful Account Manager is a strategic thinker who excels in listening, communication, and problem-solving, with proven expertise in process optimization and systems thinking.

You will engage directly with Amazon's vendors and collaborate with multiple internal teams to drive vendor growth on Amazon's platform. You will leverage your negotiation skills and cross-functional expertise to enhance the performance of our vendor partnerships.

In this role, you will focus on developing and expanding our business relationships with Amazon vendor partners.

Also you will look into operational aspects of their business with Amazon, root cause analysis of issues and opportunities affecting the vendor’s business. You will be expected to work on transactional but business critical activities and have a hands-on approach.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and execute pricing strategies.

- Identify new opportunities across a large number of brands, develop and execute project plans.

- Success will be measured by the performance of your task and deliverables on input metrics.
