Ecolab is seeking a Retail Account Manager to join its industry leading Food Retail Services team. In this position, you will provide specialized solutions and expertise to grocery stores and supermarkets, big-box stores and convenience stores to help improve food safety compliance and deliver profitable growth. You will achieve the sales and profit targets for the assigned accounts and new accounts.

What You Will Do:

Retain existing key accounts, and look for business opportunities from potential accounts, strengthening Ecolab’s penetration to achieve annual sales and profit budget in the CEE region.Creatively sell Ecolab’s products and services to the accounts. Identify additional needs which can be met by Ecolab.Understand the key accounts’ needs and transmit these needs to the appropriate Ecolab personnel. Resolve problems between the corporate accounts and Ecolab.Stay informed of key accounts’ personnel and policy changes and its influence on the products and services we provide and take corresponding actions.Effectively coordinate product application, blueprint trial, on-site survey, new branch launch, contract sign and implementation, equipment installation, urge payment for goods, etc.Provide the highest standard of service to key accounts. Conduct quarterly and monthly service reviews to ensure requirements are effectively met. Actively assist other business teams within Ecolab to help introduce additional product and service to current accounts.Establish, implement and develop sales strategy for key accounts.Negotiate profitable cooperation agreement with corporate accounts, ensuring new agreements have no damage to the former price.Provide trainings on how to give the key accounts more effective service to sales staff.Understand all available Ecolab resources which can support key accounts.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree5 years sales and/or account management experience in B to B industryFluency in minimum one CEE language (Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian, Slovak, Czech, Romanian, etc.)Good level in EnglishStrong relationship building and resilience skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree with major in food science, marketing, business administrationMBAFluent written English, and excellent oral English communication, expression and negotiation skills.Determined to pursue for a successful and rewarding sales career.Good team player, good at project management and interpersonal communication.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement corporate account sales programs.Ability in making price and understanding the importance of price items in contract, basic ability in risk management and cost control.Willingness to travel in the CEE region.
