Projects range from £5k to £100k. Depending on the project, you may work alone or in a team. Your tasks will include technical reporting, defects diagnosis, and managing the drying process. You'll collaborate with our restoration network to find the best solutions for claims and adapt to innovation and change. Managing your workload and making decisions under pressure is essential. This is a great opportunity for a Restoration/Building Surveyor to advance their career in a growing company. You'll need to quickly gain the trust of policyholders and contractors after significant building losses. Key attributes include composure under pressure, excellent communication skills, and empathy. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for restoration work.
