To support our F&B team, we are looking for you as a Restaurant Supervisor from the coming winter season 2025/2026 for the opening of our Greek restaurant Neora!
Key Responsibilities\nDeputising for the restaurant manager\nKnowledge of all services and products offered by the hotel\nOffering and selling products\nEnsuring cleanliness and order in the workplace\nManaging a station\nHandling guest enquiries, complaints and feedback\nOperating the existing POS system\nAttending and participating in all planned staff meetings, departmental training and training courses initiated by the hotel\nAssisting with the implementation of planned inventories of products and equipment\nAssisting with the management of the service department\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nCompleted training in a comparable hotel and professional experience in upscale gastronomy\nSeveral years of experience in a similar position\nImpeccable appearance, well-groomed appearance, as well as conviction through natural charm, communication skills and knowledge of human nature\nAbility to work under pressure, flexibility and very high quality awareness\nStructured and organised way of working\nGreat interest in team-oriented work\nAuthenticity in Greek service culture\nVery good knowledge of German, English and Greek; any other language is an advantage\n
