Overview We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor with a positive, hands-on leadership style to support our management team and help create an exceptional experience for both guests and staff. The ideal candidate leads by example, keeps the team energized, and ensures smooth daily operations. Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing front-of-house operations and staff performance. Lead and motivate the team during shifts to maintain high service standards. Handle guest interactions with professionalism and a positive attitude, resolving issues quickly and graciously. Monitor cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the restaurant. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting. Help train new team members and reinforce company policies and service standards. Communicate effectively between front and back of house to ensure smooth coordination. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Step into service roles as needed—this is a leadership role that also works on the floor. Qualifications 2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead server role in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm, confident demeanor. Availability to flexible shifts,including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Familiarity with POS systems and basic restaurant operations. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $24.00/Hr. - $29.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
