Overview What you will be doing As Restaurant Supervisor, you’re essentially the conductor of the guest experience: helping to guide the team, troubleshoot in real time, and maintain a pulse on everything from ambiance to attentiveness. Supporting smooth handoffs between shifts Coaching team members on service etiquette Addressing guest feedback graciously and swiftly Monitoring inventory and liaising with the kitchen and bar teams Jumping in where needed to keep service flowing seamlessly You’ll likely be leading a blend of responsibilities such as: You’d be the go-to person for ensuring guests leave not just satisfied, but delighted.
