Position Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate a customer service or restaurant order proposal staff and processes Interface professionally with customers, Owner Operators, and Distribution Center personnel via email and telephone Supervise daily operations and manage a work group at the Restaurant Order Proposal (ROP) Customer Support Center Oversee staff training to ensure proper training and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction Prepare reports, update spreadsheets, and implement SharePoint solutions as needed to meet quality and productivity goals Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 7 plus years of experience and 2 plus years of supervisory experience Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
