Supports communication between locations, regional leaders, and vendors to support project execution, including menu and policy and procedure updates. BE THE ISLAND GUIDE + Assist with maintaining and administratively updating the Restaurant Operations Process & Procedure Guide, + Coordinate with internal partners to ensure materials reflect current company standards. + Support field requests as appropriate. + Support the preparation and distribution of weekly field communications and maintain tools that help locations stay informed. + Provide administrative support for menu production and training materials. + Coordinate uniform program logistics, including placing orders, tracking inventory, and issuing updates. + Monitor and report on inventory levels for Centralized Restaurant Supply in the Distribution Center. + Coordinate with the Restaurant Systems team on field-facing updates and requests. + Prepare and process purchase orders for team-related needs. + Support the printing and distribution process for menus, collateral, and marketing materials. + Perform general administrative duties to support overall restaurant operations. + Expense tracking and support as needed. + Travel Coordination and meeting support as needed. + Other duties as required. ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE + Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in business, hospitality or communications. + Generally, 2+ years of administration or coordination experience, preferably in a restaurant role. + Experience support teams or field-based operations a plus. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to learn new systems and adapt to new technology. + Experience with project management or communication tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SharePoint, Confluence, Adobe Acrobat). + Comfortable using internal systems and platforms for purchase orders, inventory tracking, or communication. + Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. + Proactive and resourceful. + Maintains professionalism and confidentiality. + Able to adapt to shifting priorities. Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.
