We are looking for a passionate and capable Restaurant Manager to lead the full operations of our vibrant dining outlet. You will take ownership of the guest journey, team performance, and business success—blending daily hands-on leadership with long-term planning. This is a single-restaurant operation where your role makes a significant impact, reporting directly to the General Manager.
**Your Role**
+ Oversee all aspects of the restaurant and bar operation, from service excellence to operational efficiency.
+ Ensure guest satisfaction and consistent service aligned with Hyatt standards and Alila’s experience.
+ Monitor and optimize profitability, cost control, and sales initiatives.
+ Collaborate with the Culinary team to maintain smooth service and consistent food quality.
+ Execute promotions and collaborate on restaurant marketing strategies.
+ Lead and inspire the service team, handling recruitment, training, and performance development.
+ Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in full compliance with local laws and Hyatt policies.
+ Be present and hands-on during key service periods, coaching the team on the floor.
+ Take the lead on guest recovery and feedback resolution.
+ Oversee inventory, ordering, and maintenance of restaurant equipment.
**Qualifications:**
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in restaurant operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
+ Strong team management and customer service skills with a hands-on approach.
+ Proficient in restaurant POS systems, inventory control, and daily operations management.
+ Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices as per Malaysian Food Act standards.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and resolving operational challenges quickly.
