We are looking for a passionate and capable Restaurant Manager to lead the full operations of our vibrant dining outlet. You will take ownership of the guest journey, team performance, and business success—blending daily hands-on leadership with long-term planning. This is a single-restaurant operation where your role makes a significant impact, reporting directly to the General Manager.
Your RoleOversee all aspects of the restaurant and bar operation, from service excellence to operational efficiency.
Ensure guest satisfaction and consistent service aligned with Hyatt standards and Alila’s experience.
Monitor and optimize profitability, cost control, and sales initiatives.
Collaborate with the Culinary team to maintain smooth service and consistent food quality.
Execute promotions and collaborate on restaurant marketing strategies.
Lead and inspire the service team, handling recruitment, training, and performance development.
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in full compliance with local laws and Hyatt policies.
Be present and hands-on during key service periods, coaching the team on the floor.
Take the lead on guest recovery and feedback resolution.
Oversee inventory, ordering, and maintenance of restaurant equipment.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in restaurant operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.Strong team management and customer service skills with a hands-on approach.Proficient in restaurant POS systems, inventory control, and daily operations management.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices as per Malaysian Food Act standards.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and resolving operational challenges quickly.Qualifications
