What will I be doing?
As a Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for managing restaurant operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Restaurant Manager will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nManage Restaurant operations\nMaintain exceptional levels of customer service\nManage, train and develop the Restaurant team\nManage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner\nWork within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and Payroll\nDrive sales to maximize budgeted revenue\nDevelop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team\nAccountable for monthly stock takes\nIncentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue\nAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships\nWhat are we looking for?

\n\nManagement and/or supervisory Food and Beverage experience (required) \nFluent in both English and Hebrew (required)\nWillingness to work in flexible hours, including weekends and holidays\nAbility to comply with all Food and Beverage brand standards\nAbility to work under pressure\nExcellent grooming standards\nWillingness to develop team members and self\nFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situations\n\nIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
