About the role:
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager who will report to our Food & Beverage Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring that all Restaurant operations run efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the daily operation and help deliver the best guest experience Lead and mentor the Restaurant team and actively cultivate a collaborative culture based on mutual respect and trust Review, implement and maintain operational standards, ensuring efficient delivery Responsible for Restaurant financial management including budgeting, ordering and stock take with accuracy and efficiency Rosters, daily briefings, onboarding, recruitment, performance reviews Daily interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth operationsAbout you:
