Responsibilities: The Restaurant Manager will manage the daily operations of their designated restaurant. You will be responsible for operating the outlet efficiently within pre-established cost controls; managing, scheduling and training restaurant staff; monitoring staff performance, maintaining the department in accordance with Health Department standards; and ensuring customer satisfaction through application of outlet and service standards.  

Requirements:

Proven 2+ years’ experience as Restaurant Manager in a hotel or fine dining establishment. Hyatt experience is a plus Four-year degree from college/technical school OR equivalent combination of education and experience Culinary Operations Management Team Leadership and Development Menu Development and Cost Control Quality Assurance and Compliance Vendor and Supplier Management Schedule flexibility is a must, as this leader will support all shifts of the food and beverage operation Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation. Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and HACCP standards. T.I.P.S. and ServSafe Certified.

Compensation Range: $60,000-$62,000 per year
