THE ROLE:

As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage and develop the team, and ensure both financial and service targets are met. Your role will be essential in shaping the ambiance, efficiency, and excellence of our restaurant experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality serviceDeliver exceptional levels of guest satisfaction, consistently meeting Hilton brand standardsRecruit, train, motivate, and develop team members, fostering a positive and professional working environmentHandle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional mannerMaintain and track operating budgets, with a focus on food cost, payroll, and labor efficiencyMaximize revenue by driving sales and implementing upselling strategiesCollaborate with the culinary team to update and refine menu offeringsConduct monthly inventory and stock control proceduresSet departmental objectives, policies, schedules, and performance targetsMonitor and act on guest feedback to continuously improve the restaurant experienceOrganize and lead team meetings; communicate clearly with both front- and back-of-house teamsSupport sustainability and safety practices in alignment with hotel policiesLiaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesComply with all security, fire, health, and safety regulations

WHO YOU ARE:

An experienced leader with a strong background in food & drink managementResults-driven, organized, and confident in working within financial targetsEnergetic, hands-on, and calm under pressureWell-groomed, articulate, and professional in both appearance and behaviorCommitted to developing team members and creating a culture of excellenceAdaptable and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environmentFluent in Turkish; good command of English is required

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Hospitality Management or related fieldPassion for delivering exceptional levels of guest serviceExperience in managing upscale or high-volume dining operations
