What You’ll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop your team—including assistant managers, shift leaders, and crewDeliver exceptional guest service and uphold Dunkin’ brand standards every dayMonitor and improve store performance, customer satisfaction, and team moraleManage staffing, training, and performance reviews to keep your team running strongEnsure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and employeesHandle inventory, cost control, and ordering with accuracy and efficiencyLaunch new products, promotions, and marketing campaigns successfullySet and track goals to achieve profitability and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in restaurant or retail management (food service preferred)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of financials, including cost control and sales goalsAbility to multitask, stay organized, and lead by exampleComputer literacy and basic math/writing skillsAbility to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
