The Role:

Maintain restaurant cleanliness in an efficient, professional manner and contribute to an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Perform table maintenance duties according HOB service standardsPerform Opening/Running/Closing duties according to HOB Service StandardsRespond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite mannerMaintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shiftSafely transport bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs from table areas to dish roomKeep all ice bins parred to fullest levels at all timesKeep floor neat, clean and free of food, trash and other obstacles throughout shiftClean all spills immediately, use floor signs to caution guests and staffPut all trash and recyclable products in proper receptaclesClean and stock line to par throughout shiftOperate trash compactor per procedures policyEnsure that trash cans/slim jims are clean, free of odor and linedKeep all dust pans clean and free of stuck on debris/odorKeep current on all standard operating proceduresStay informed of current menu items and descriptionsFollow private party service guidelines to ensure event successKeep the booster seats and high chairs clean, alert MOD about any highchair safety issuesTurn all lost and found items in to MODAssist Other Employees as NeededRequired to occasionally work Special Events that are scheduled throughout the venue

Qualifications:

Required:

High volume kitchen operationsFood Service as either an Expeditor or Server in a high volume environmentExceptional communication skillsSense of UrgencyTime ManagementKitchen sanitation standardsCritical thinking and decision makingHigh School diploma

Preferred:

Able to communicate in SpanishPoint of Sales experienceFood Service as either an Expeditor or Server in a high volume environment

Physical Demands/Working Environment:

Work environment is often fast-paced, loud and stressfulPosition requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feetMust be able to lift or move up to 40 lbs using proper lifting techniques
