Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end bid process for complex, strategic, or high-value sales opportunities, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.Analyze tender documents to understand client requirements and key deliverables.Develop and maintain a bid plan with clear timelines and deliverables.Partner with Account Executives and Deal Desk to develop winning bid strategies, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal policies.Coordinate cross-functional input from Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, and Technical teams to create comprehensive and competitive proposals.Serve as a central point of contact for all stakeholders involved in a bid, managing timelines, deliverables, and approvals.Partner with sales to own the RFP/RFP and proposal process, including content development, document formatting, compliance, and submission.Coordinate meetings, discussions, and evaluations.Track and analyze bid outcomes to identify process improvements and increase win rates.Ensure that all deals meet financial, legal, and commercial standards before final approval.Support post-bid activities, including debriefs, contract finalization, and handoff to delivery teams.Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, or communications.5+ years of experience in bid management, proposal management, sales operations, or deal desk.Proven success managing complex bids or sales opportunities in a B2B or enterprise environment.Familiarity with RFP management tools and CRM systemsBasic knowledge of US GAAP and international accounting standards.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with senior management and colleagues across multiple countries and cultures.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.High level of motivation, initiative, and willingness to learn.Core Competencies:
