DescriptionRestaurant & Bar Manager (EU work eligible) To deliver a rememberable live-style dining experience, by managing a team in cooperation with culinary. The Manager provides a courteous, professional and efficient service in accordance with the hotel and set standards, driving sales and maximizes profit.
Key Responsibilities:\n A high quality of product and service is maintained in the award-winning live-style dining venue.\nThe venue is developed in an entrepreneurial manner, looking for opportunities to increase business levels. \nInnovation and new ideas are fostered.\nSupport and implement talent development and engagement initiatives.\nAll rules & regulations are adhered within the hotel including hotel’s policy on fire and safety as well as hygiene regulations including HACCP.\n
Main requirements:\nAbility to work independently, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions.\nDesire to set and achieve goals.\n Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, any additional language may be of benefit.\nAbility to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and clients/vendors.\nAbility to identify and delegate tasks effectively.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nApplies a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times.\nWorks in a safe, prudent and organized manner.\nSuccessful previous restaurant & bar experience in a restaurant management position\nHigher education in tourism, business administration or similar\nAbility to work and communicate to a multinational environment\nHigh sense of responsibility, focusing and accuracy\nPositive and active attitude, work with energy and enthusiasm\nElidable to work in Latvia, EU. \n
