Votre mission consistera à gérer au quotidien la qualité du service opérationnel délivré dans le cadre du pilotage des prestations d'infogérance et le maintien en condition opérationnelle de l'infrastructure du site. Vous serez aussi le-la référent-e sur site pour les projets IT. Point de contact privilégié des managers du site et de la DSI, vous reporterez hiérarchiquement au "End User Services Manager" **Job Requirements** Votre profil : • Bac +3 à +5 avec spécialisation SI • Expérience de plusieurs années dans un poste similaire soit chez le client final soit en prestation sur site. • Expérience dans le pilotage d'une équipe • Culture ITIL et connaissance des outils liés • Windows 10 et 11 • Packaging • Active directory • SCCM • MS Office • Ingénierie du poste de travail • Compétences Infra et réseaux Vos forces : • Bonne communication • Autonomie et rigueur • Prise d'initiative et force de proposition **But what else?
