**Job Description**
We are a global leader in quick disconnect coupling solutions, delivering high-performance products for fluid /gas transfer/ data centers across industries. As we scale and innovate, we’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead our logistic team and drive excellence across procurement, planning, supplier management, and inventory
Position based in Annemasse (74), France.

**Job Responsibilities**
Your main responsibilities:
+ Lead and develop a large team of 14 direct reports across supply chain functions (including 6 warehouse operators coordinated by a team coordinator)
+ Design and execute supply chain strategies that support growth and operational efficiency
+ Build a strong organization for change and improvement
+ Deploy a supply chain strategy to develop new business with high runners and OTD/Past due excellence goals (new business and rationalization of existing one)
+ Ensure supply continuity and responsiveness in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment (historical business)
+ Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and sales to align supply chain with product and customer needs
+ Drive supply chain KPI and build improving plan to solve wrong performance
+ Drive inventories and stock excellence
+ Update in a yearly base (minimum) the part parameters for SAP (safety stock, size batch, etc…)
+ Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Danfoss Excellence Model (DBS)
+ Champion ERP system usage and support digital transformation initiatives
**Background & Skills**
+ 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in automotive industry
+ Proven leadership experience managing large, diverse teams
+ Good analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven mindset
+ ERP system proficiency (SAP)
+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business (Master’s preferred).
+ Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance is a plus.
