Responsable Comptes Clés Retail (KAM) & E-Commerce H/F

En tant que Responsable Comptes Clés Retail & E-commerce (KAM) H/F vous serez en charge de la gestion et du suivi de la politique commerciale de l'entreprise ainsi que de la réalisation des objectifs nationaux de chiffre d'affaires, volume, présence, rentabilité et part de marché.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES

Gérer et suivre les comptes nationaux, y compris : proposer une stratégie commerciale à mettre en œuvre, élaborer des revues de marques et des plans d'action nationaux, négocier des accords annuels et des contreparties correspondantes.Partager la vision de la stratégie des enseignes à moyen et long terme.Proposer les actions et projets à mener pour développer la part de marchéVeiller à la bonne préparation interne aux appels d’offres.Présenter et assurer la revente des projets.Fixer le cadre des actions opérationnelles de lancement et promotions produits.Participer à l’optimisation des flux supply et terme de performance et de coût.Piloter l’évolution du chiffre d’affaires, des investissements et de la rentabilité.Assurer le reporting et proposer les actions correctives nécessaires.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diplômé (e) d’une formation Bac+5 Ecole de Commerce, vous disposez d’une première expérience commerciale sur le terrain en gestion de comptes clés notamment auprès des centrales d’achats indépendantes, idéalement associées à des notions marketing, merchandising, trade marketing. La connaissance du Do It Yourself (DIY) et du e-commerce est un avantage sérieux.Nous attendons de vous un esprit concret tourné vers l’action et les résultats avec une capacité à être force de décision.Personnalité analytique et organisée, nous recherchons une personne méthodique capable de travailler en équipe. Une parfaite connaissance du Pack Office est requise.Bonnes notions en Anglais requises.
