Your role:

Monitoring public tenders for Customer Services contracts, services, and spare parts Provide relevant information to Customer Services Sales, Legal and Commercial team. Creating and uploading tender documentation Monitoring changes in tenders. Monitoring deadlines. Monitoring tenders’ contracts award Maintains tender files and archive after tenders’ completion. Follow up the frame contracts and additional contracts execution. Keeps contact with the customers. Sending required service execution reports to customers Creation of payment requests (public tenders and execution guarantees) and monitoring the refund. Uploading spare parts and services to SEAP catalogue Receive and check incoming contracts from customers. Archiving. Returning signed contracts to customers Support for creating spare parts and contracts offering. Examining tenders’ specifications. Formulate and upload tender clarification Permanent collaboration with the Customers Services Sales, Legal and Commercial team

Your expertise:

Higher education completed or in the process of completion. Public procurement knowledge - Intermediate Organizational capacity. English knowledge - Intermediate Microsoft Office - Intermediate. Good communication skills.
