We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
We are looking for a fun, patient, and creative respite provider to hang out at home and explore the outdoors with a truly awesome male client! If you enjoy educational activities and meaningful connections, this could be the perfect fit!
LOCATION: Mount Horeb, WISHIFTS: • Monday through Friday 3PM -9PM • Saturday & Sunday 8AM through 8PM
WAGE: • $16.32 per hour
ROUTINE FOCUSED CLIENT: Shift begins at 3PM - • Arrive on Time and assist client settled at home • Snack • Walk or Activity • Dinner • Medications • Shower Assistance if applicable that day
REQUIREMENTS: • Valid Driver’s License • Reliable Transportation • Must pass a background check
