Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in someone’s life? We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable, and engaging individual to join our team as a Teen Respite Provider! In this role, you’ll offer essential support to a teen with special needs while giving their family caregiver some well-deserved relief.

Location: Eleva, Wisconsin
Pay: $256 per day
Schedule: One weekend a month + one week a year

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing one-on-one care and supervision to a teen with special needsSupporting daily routines, including online schoolingUsing positive behavior strategies to manage challenging momentsEncouraging independence and social engagementParticipating in the teen’s favorite activities

Requirements:

Authorized to work in the U.S.Pass a criminal and caregiver background checkExperience with caregiving or working with individuals with special needs (preferred)Valid driver’s license (a plus)
