We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are looking for a fun, active, and reliable respite provider to hang out with a teenage boy who thrives on being outdoors and staying active. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fishing, biking, playing video games, going to the YMCA, or spending time at places like Action City.

Location: Eau Claire, Wisconsin

Pay:

              • Weekday Rate: $14.13/hour
              • Weekend Shifts: $207.45/day

Schedule:

              • Weekday hours available after 4:30/5:00 PM
              • Approx. 10 hours per week
              • Additional weekend shifts available

This teen has a big interest in:

              • Fishing and biking
              • Working on cars and tech-ed style activities
              • Sports, horses, and animals
              • Exploring new things indoors and outdoors
              • Positive social interaction and building life skills

What You'll Do:

              • Engage in fun, active outings and hobbies
              • Provide consistent, positive social interaction
              • Support his interests while encouraging independence and confidence
              • Help meet his overall developmental and social needs

Ideal Candidate:

              • Active and enjoys outdoor activities
              • Patient, kind, and encouraging
              • Reliable and flexible with after-school/evening availability
              • Experience working with youth or teens is a plus!
