We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. Come work in a positive working environment and make a HUGE impact in someone's life. Seeking an individual to provide respite for a 9-year-old little girl in the Green Bay, WI area.
This girl loves animals, arts, baking and being in nature.
Respite care will be conducted in the provider’s (your) home. Community outings are also encouraged.
WAGE:
· $17.66 per hour (shifts less than 8 hours)
· $256.00 per day (shifts more than 8 hours)
SCHEDULE
· 8 hours per week during the school year.
· 16 hours per week during the summer.
· 1 day per month (mostly on the weekend)

· Provide transportation to/from activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Authorized to work in the U.S.
· Criminal/Caregiver background check.
· Compassionate individual with caregiving experience preferred.
· Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance preferred.
· Understanding of cultural and LGBTQ diversity.
· Understanding of mental health and disabilities.
