We’re currently seeking a Per Diem Respiratory Therapist to join our team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population—from newborns to adults.
What You’ll DoAs a Respiratory Therapist, you will evaluate, treat, and manage patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders. Working under physician supervision, you’ll use your clinical expertise to perform diagnostics and deliver therapies that directly impact patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic procedures including arterial blood gases (ABGs) and electrocardiograms (EKGs)
Administer respiratory therapies such as oxygen, aerosol, and humidity
Provide invasive and non-invasive ventilator support
Respond to Code Blue and Rapid Response calls
Ensure safe, effective equipment usage and adherence to infection control standards
Care for patients across neonatal, pediatric, and adult populations
QualificationsEducation & Certification:
Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy required
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) in Massachusetts required
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred
AHA BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
SchedulePer Diem

Associates of Science: Respiratory Therapy (Required)
Certifications:
Basic Life Support – American Heart Association, Certified Respiratory Therapist – The National Board for Respiratory Care, Registered Respiratory Therapist – State of Massachusetts
