Sign-On Bonus:

up to $12,000 for candidates with 0–1 year of experience up to $20,000 for candidates with 1+ years of experience

Bonus amounts are subject to a 2-year work commitment.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate medical orders and interpret clinical data to optimize patient care. Set up and operate respiratory therapy equipment, ensuring treatment parameters are met and equipment functions safely. Assist in transporting ventilated patients and respond to code situations. Maintain patient charts and order equipment repairs as needed. Demonstrate respiratory care procedures to trainees and supervise students. Assess patient condition, determine treatment requirements, and monitor physiological responses. Perform pulmonary function tests and consult with physicians on adverse reactions.
