Respiratory Care Practitioner – Respiratory Therapy

 

Plans, prepares, and delivers a broad range of respiratory care procedures and diagnostic studies. Documents all respiratory care on appropriate records. Inspects, tests, maintains, and operates respiratory care equipment. Completes patient billing.

This posting is for multiple openings of a Respiratory Care Practitioner This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduledFlexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends & holidaysWork Status Available: Full Time, Night 

 

We are offering employment at the following hospital locations:

Covenant Children’s Hospital – Lubbock, TexasCovenant Medical Center – Lubbock, Texas

 

Required Qualifications: 

Associate's Degree from a Respiratory Care Program from an AMA approved school, or equivalent education/experience Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Within 90 days of hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association Within 90 days of hire: National Provider PALS - American Heart AssociationUpon hire: Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner License1 or more years of experience Experience may include: Clinical portion of training program

 

Preferred Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree from a Respiratory Care Program from an AMA Approved school

Coursework/Training: Flight Training
