What you’ll be doing

This role focuses on candidate attraction – delivering smart sourcing strategies, building future pipelines, and continuously improving how we attract talent. You'll bring creativity and flexibility to your approach, using insights and data to drive decisions and improve performance.

Working closely with our Resourcing Business Partner, you’ll be a key player in supporting strategic workforce priorities.

Deliver strategic attraction

Create and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract the right candidatesUse job boards, social media, community outreach, and direct sourcing toolsSupport campaign activity and agency partnerships to boost employer brand visibility

Be agile, creative, and outcome-focused

Work flexibly and adapt quickly to changing prioritiesBring energy and ideas to every challenge – and see them through to deliveryStay focused on results while remaining people-first in your approach

Use data to drive improvements

Monitor recruitment metrics – candidate quality, source effectiveness, time to hireProvide insights and recommendations to improve outcomesContinuously test, learn, and refine to enhance performance

Support inclusive attraction strategies that widen access to opportunitiesBuild relationships in diverse communities to grow future pipelinesEnsure everything you do reflects our EDI values
