⏱️A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nIdentifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to meet a wide range of our customers staffing needs.\nSifting and pre-screening applications to ensure they meet the required qualifications required.\nWorking closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.\nPromoting the company as an employer of choice through various channels, including social media, job fairs, and networking events\nVisiting sites to meet key stakeholders and understand our wide range of customers.\n\n

⭐THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO HAVE

\n\nProven experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.\nThe ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.\nGreat organisational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks at once\nCapability to manage recruitment projects and campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful completion.\nA full & Valid UK driving license with access to a private vehicle.\n\n
