We have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Administrator to join the New Women and Babies Hospital Team in Perth! In this role, you will be the central function for all administration aspects supporting the recruitment and HR function of the project.

Webuild is delivering the design and construction of the New Women and Babies Hospital in Perth, Western Australia. Commissioned by the Western Australia Government, the project is destined to replace the century-old King Edward Memorial Hospital and will expand the healthcare services for women, children and their families in the State of West Australia, transforming the capacity of two important healthcare campuses: the Fiona Stanley Hospital complex and the Osborne Park Hospital.

Your focus will include:

 

Maintain and update candidate recruitment and HR records through Clough recruitment system. 

Administration of project/ recruitment specific documents and requirements including: 

formatting resumes 

organizing interviews, as required 

telephone screening as required 

reference checking  

Set up Pre-employment medicals and follow up for results 

Collation and gathering of documents including work rights, qualifications and certificates 

Liaising with payroll for new candidate paperwork and set up 

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, supervisors, and clients 

Assist with compliance reporting including license/ tickets, emergency contact, insurance 

Issuing employment packs and ensuring all documentation is completed, returned and electronically filed  

Provide general administrative support to the Recruitment & HR team 

 

 

What you will bring to the team:

 

5+ years of administration experience within recruitment/HR 

Experience in the construction industry desirable  

Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast- paced project environment 

Process driven approach with an ability to work autonomously and part of a team 

Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook and CRM skills
