Coordinates service operations by scheduling personnel, managing resources, and supporting technicians and customers in HVAC and temperature control environments.
Job Requirements:
One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or 3+ years of related experience/training
Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of standard office equipment
Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC systems, or temperature control systems
Experience dispatching technicians and coordinating project resources
Understanding of parts acquisition and interaction with related departments
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and assign technicians to service projects based on skill set, location, and availability
Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment as needed
Generate work order documents and dispatch technicians accordingly
Serve as point of contact for customer interaction and satisfaction
Communicate with Project Managers and Area Service Managers for technician assignments
Interface with Parts Department for operational coordination
Log service and startup requirements into job tracking systems
Review and forward project documentation to Project Administrators
Investigate customer concerns and route to appropriate personnel
Generate, interpret, and print assigned service reports
Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
