Detailed Job Description:
Lead strategic Business Development initiatives to secure new Operation & Maintenance contracts for water treatment facilities across UAE, with primary focus on Abu Dhabi Market.
Drive business acquisition and growth in Water Services O&M, specifically targeting PO plants, STPs, and industrial water treatment facilities in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive client engagement and market intelligence in the water treatment sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, offering comprehensive water efficiency solutions and O&M services
Spearhead tender responses for water, sludge, and energy projects, resulting in competitive technical and commercial proposals
Secure registration with industrial authorities in Abu Dhabi and Dubai to expand O&M service offerings.
Develop and execute market entry strategies for water and energy sectors, including Waste to Energy and Biogas initiatives.
Lead proposal development, including technical documentation, pricing strategies, and operational planning
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging O&M opportunities in the water treatment sector
Work with technical teams to develop innovative water treatment solutions and operational strategies
Manage financial aspects of tenders and contracts to ensure business profitability
Work with the Business Development Support Manager to prepare and analyse the financial components of tenders.
Lead the advancement and growth of Water Services, especially in Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) technologies.
Participate in the strategic planning, development, and execution within the bi-methanization sector.
Undertake in-depth market analyses to identify and assess emerging opportunities in the water and energy sectors.
Engage with Veolia Water Technologies to provide clients with a comprehensive and integrated water solutions and services portfolio.
Facilitate project development, proposal preparation, and operational strategies for environmental projects.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and QHSE standards in water and energy operations
Understand local compliances for the water and energy sector.
Support all departments for all forecasts and budget projections.
QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical or Preservation of Natural Resources)
Proven leadership experience in water treatment, renewable energy, or environmental technologies.
Strong background in operations and maintenance, preferably on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Experience in market analysis, project planning, and cross-functional coordination.
Familiarity with RO, STPs, biogas, and waste-to-energy systems technologies.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the sector
Proficiency in using Google Suite environment.
Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
Strong communication skils
Proficient in English with Arabic and French as a plus.
