DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor resource availability and utilization to ensure optimal efficiencySupport in developing and maintaining a centralized resource management plan across teams and projectsConsolidate globally the data, analyze them and ensure proper data qualitySupport in driving more efficient usage of existing resources this includes planned roll-offs from existing programs, skills upgrade of existing employees and is consistent with footprint strategySupport in driving rationalization of the team organization across sitesPer an agreed to cadence will conduct resource reviews with engineering directors / leadership, finance and unnamed resources as well as project engineering expenseAnalyze financial data and operational processes to identify cost-saving opportunitiesPerform cost containment managementCollaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to optimize cost containment managementMonitor and report on cost containment performance metrics

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
