**What you'll bring to the team** **Resource Manager** **Location:** LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY **Hours:** 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7) **Contract Type:** Permanent, Salaried Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Resource Manager to join our AWESOME Planning & Resource Team! The Resource Manager will work closely with the Planning & Resource Manager and People Hub to ensure that LEGOLAND Windsor Resort has an engaged workforce who are operationally ready to give our guests the best possible experience throughout their visit. You will be managing a team of Resource Associates who support our Operational teams with the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to end of seasonal contract. Your role will ensure that all of our employees have a consistent, compliant, and enjoyable experience throughout their employment with us, resolving complex employee relations issues, providing absence data reporting, driving inclusion and celebrating success while seeking new efficiencies throughout. The Resource Manager will lead recruitment activities across the resort, in partnership with The People Hub, for all front-line operational roles aligning closely with the Resort Operating Models to produce consistent and efficient vacancy figures, with timely and engaging recruitment activations.
