About the Role

Are you an experienced Resource Manager looking to make a real impact in a fast-paced, high-performing environment? We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading international law firm for a pivotal role within their Disputes and Investigations group.

As a Resource Manager, you’ll work closely with partners and associates to ensure the efficient allocation of lawyers across high-profile cases, including High Court matters, regulatory investigations, arbitration's, and cross-border disputes. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement resource management strategies to ensure timely and efficient work distribution. Build trusted relationships with partners and associates to understand practice needs and individual preferences. Proactively identify resource shortages or imbalances and create mitigation strategies. Provide regular utilisation reports and data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Resolve resource allocation conflicts while balancing client requirements and lawyer development objectives. Collaborate with HR teams to support career progression initiatives for legal staff. What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

Proven experience in Resource Management, Staffing, or Workforce Allocation (ideally within legal or professional services). Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Strong analytical abilities to evaluate utilisation data and make informed decisions.
