**What you'll bring to the team** **Resource Associate** **Location:** THORPE PARK Resort, KT16 8PN **Hours:** 40 hours per week across all days of the week **Salary:** The Resource Associate plays a pivotal role within the Planning and Business Support team, ensuring the seamless integration of team members into (insert attraction name). The role involves supporting the People team with effectively identifying variable resourcing requirements and delivering recruitment events, as well as delivering a comprehensive induction process, including effective department training plans. **Responsibilities:** + Assist the People team with recruitment activities, including identifying variable resourcing requirements, raising requisitions, coordinating recruitment events and supporting hiring managers. + Track candidate availability and support TA in establishing induction dates based on hiring needs + Administer the company’s absence management processes to include managing investigation and disciplinary process related to absence and lateness, with guidance from the People Hub. + Develop and maintain structured training plans for frontline team members. + Collaborate with department heads to ensure tailored training needs are met. + Deliver engaging and informative site inductions for all new starters.
