Resource and Change Analyst @DARWIN

As a Resource and Change Analyst at DARWIN, you will play a vital role in supporting the Demand & Capacity team by consolidating and gathering data aligned with our systems, helping to generate key business insights that drive informed understanding. This role will be based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

We will count on you to:

Collaborate closely with the Delivery & Commercial teams to connect a sales/demand pipeline into project delivery

Collect, manage, and communicate resource effort for projects and programmes to define capacity, consolidate demand, and manage change.

Support and report on raw data to highlight trends and patterns in resource and delivery status.

Help define key measures of success and metrics (e.g., KPIs, SLAs) to evaluate delivery performance.

Produce forecasts and schedules for operational delivery and long-term strategic resource planning.

Support forecasting plans, trends, mitigate risks, and re-evaluate strategies as necessary.

Facilitate key capacity planning meetings to ensure alignment & present key metrics & insights on a client driven delivery plan across key stakeholders including Commercial & Delivery colleagues

Undertake and act upon ‘planned vs actual’ support to drive continued resource planning accuracy.

Produce regular reports and support of delivery performance, costs, trends, and pipeline.

Effectively track, coordinate, and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment for capacity planning & the sales pipeline

What you need to have:

At least 2 years of working experience in project and resource planning.

Excellent understanding skills with the ability to detect patterns and support disparate data.

Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel (practical experience in data manipulation, e.g., pivot tables, simple formulas, etc., for data support and reporting)

Strong verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English with clients and senior stakeholders.

Good project management skills to manage and prioritise a variety of collaborative projects.

Experience with PPM tools would be a plus.

Good understanding of Teams and connected applications

Understanding of key principles in planning and managing change to an agreed baseline.
