Job Summary: Would you like to be the first Cast Member a Guest sees when they arrive to the Walt Disney World Resort? Disney Bell Services Dispatch Cast Members are given the challenge to anticipate each Guests' arrival, help with the loading and unloading of their bags, assign tasks to the Bellperson, and store and tag luggage and/or groceries. The pay rate for this role in Florida is $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities: We engage with Guests by recognizing and greeting them, addressing needs, answering questions, giving directions, and providing other informationWe develop relationships with Guest and Cast Members from all lines of business to provide excellent serviceWe advise and assign tasks to Bellperson Cast Members via computer and or handheld deviceAnswer incoming calls and provide requested information that may include questions about the luggage processMaintain Guest confidentiallyOperate passenger vans, cars and pargos to transport Guests and luggage across The Walt Disney World ResortWe maintain luggage equipment and luggage roomLog, tag and store luggage in luggage room and issue Guests’ receipts. To include but not be limited to handling Food & Beverage items (including alcohol) and strollers/ECV’s from 3rd party vendorsAssist Guests with transportation arrangementsMaintain the flow of traffic within the Porte Cochère and luggage areas Basic Qualifications: Must have a valid Florida Driver's LicenseMust have knowledge of routes and roadways to destinations within the Theme Parks, Water Parks, Resorts, and Disney SpringsDisplay clear and concise verbal and written messages that facilitate a mutual understanding with Guests and fellow Cast MembersProficient with Smart Phone device and radiosAdditional Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, etc.) may be required, as well as handling cleaning chemicals and suppliesProlonged standing during peak operational hours to include indoor and outdoor settingsPhysical role requiring heavy lifting of luggage up to 50 pounds or more, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and kneeling Preferred Qualifications: One (1) year of Disney Guest Facing role or related experienceBilingual Additional Information: SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
