Currently seeking Residential Support Professionals for a variety of shifts. The open full-time position works 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, including every other Saturday and Sunday, for a total of approximately 80 hours every 2 weeks as a full time employee. It is also part of a holiday rotation. The following schedules are available: + Full-time: 2pm-10pm + Part-time: 6am-2pm + Part-time: 10pm-6am (part-time/weekend availability) PRN also available for all shifts This position starts at $16/hour for minimal experience and no specific educational degree required. We provide annual raises based on budget capacity, and full-time positions also have the opportunity for a discretionary bonus at each anniversary. What do Residential Support Professionals do at On With Life? The Residential Support Professional provides direct support to individuals living in our 5-bedroom community-based residential setting.
