Position 1: Full-Time Registered Nurse + Schedule: 40 hours per week – Monday through Friday daytime hours + Status: Exempt, Salaried + Compensation: $33.00 per hour (salaried) + Benefits: Full benefits package included (medical, dental, vision, PTO, etc.) This full-time position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend or on-call responsibilities, making it an ideal opportunity for RNs looking to achieve a meaningful work-life balance. You'll be part of a mission-driven organization making a daily difference in the lives of people with disabilities-without sacrificing your personal time Key Responsibilities + Coordinate and oversee medical care and follow-up for individuals in IRA residences + Act as liaison with healthcare providers, scheduling appointments and interpreting reports + Complete nursing assessments and collaborate on care plans with program staff + Train individuals and staff on health-related issues and medication administration + Maintain accurate medical records and medication regimen reviews + Conduct site visits and ensure adherence to medical procedures and policies + Ensure availability of first aid and nursing supplies across sites Note: This position does not participate in the nursing on-call rotation.
