About the role:

**This role will not be onboarded until August 1, 2025**

The Residential Move-In Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing all logistical aspects for the Residents as they move into their new private residences. Coordinates booking of the service elevator. Controls the ingress and egress of the loading area, ensuring it is always clean, and vehicles are never left unattended.

What you will do:

-Be a part of the opening team!

-Coordinates the move-in date for all residents with the Director of Residences.

-Coordinates the booking of the service elevator for move-in.

-Coordinates the usage of the service elevator amongst hotel vendors, -contractors and move-in respecting everyone’s needs.

-Controls the ingress and egress of the loading area, ensuring the area is only used to unload materials and vehicles are not left unattended.

-Conducts pre-site tours with moving company. Updates homeowner profiles with any relevant information.

-Conducts pre and post inspection of elevators, corridors and any common areas for all components of the project to ensure all areas are properly protected before a move.

-Coordinates the opening of the units to vendors and contractors after authorization has been received, with the help of a security agent.

-Complies with all Four Seasons’ guidelines, policies and procedures.

-Actively support the development of team members through training, mentorship, and leadership.

-Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

-Ensure safety rules and regulations are respected at all times.

-Handles all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.

-Assists Resident Service Attendants with responsibilities and duties in their absence or due to heavy volume periods.

-Ensure that the Residential common areas are in optimal condition of cleanliness at all times.

-Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Director of Residences.

What you bring:

-2 + years of experience in luxury hotel/resort operations, property management, or residential services.

-Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field (preferred).

-Excellent communication skills. Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language; ability to communicate in Spanish strongly preferred.

-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are required.

-Proven experience in guest relations, concierge services, or facilities management is highly desirable.

-Previous leadership or managerial experience overseeing teams such as housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge.

-Experience in luxury residences or a similar high-end environment is considered an asset.

-Proficient computer skills with an ability to use a variety of softwares.

-Position requires working outside in a loading area and requires continuous standing for 8 or more hours a day with the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

-Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.
