Overview
Responsible for providing administrative assistance and departmental support pertaining to Residential Mortgage products and services; support daily office operations; perform other related tasks and assignments as directed.
Responsibilities
+ Assist the Residential Mortgage Lending team with day-to-day duties and responsibilities including:
+

+ Prequalifying and active client pipeline maintenance.
+
+ Assisting with and providing client files as requested.
+
+ Maintaining the Federal Home Loan Banks Homebuyer Dream Program (HDP) registrations
+
+ Updating mortgage software with application status and providing Adverse Action information when applicable
+
+ Maintaining office supplies, assisting with ordering business cards, ensuring availability of marketing supplies, etc.
+
+ Collaborating with marketing to prepare open house flyers.
+
+ Providing rates to internal partners.
+
+ Gather bank statements and property tax bills for client files
+
+ Run credit reports as needed.
+ Answer, respond, and field basic incoming inquiries as illustrated:
+
+ Receive and direct phone calls appropriately.
+
+ Help to uncover and identify potential customer needs.
+ Respond to loan status requests in a timely manner.
+ Monitor the pipeline for files to remain compliant with disclosures sent within three (3) days of application date.
+ Assist in planning and preparing the agenda and presentation of information for sales meetings.
+ Prepare various reports and forms as required.
+ Coordinate and manage our client relationship management system to ensure prompt & accurate data input
+ Assist MLOs with submitting referrals ensuring Commercial Residential Mortgage (CRM) system is accurately updated prior to end of quarter.
+ Oversee coordination of 1 st Time Homebuyers Workshops by partnering with MLOs and Marketing at least six (6) weeks in advance of event
+ Run loan scenarios through online underwriting tool as needed.
+ Obtain and maintain National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration
+ All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
+ A high school diploma or equivalent, with a demonstrated ability in an operations office environment. Some college education is preferred.
+ A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer service focused position(s) is preferred.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication and moderate typing skills.
+ Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Word and Excel.
+ Organized, detail oriented, and has ability to work effectively with others.
