About the location:

Qualification / Certification / Training
• Preferably foreign language skills (Russian, Arabic, German, Chinese)
• Working knowledge of:

Equipment / Checklists
• Local SIM card & company phone
• Buggy
• Operational host equipment
• Microsoft Teams & Windows access
• Daily/Arrival/Departure checklists
Training and Knowledge
Reservations
• Understanding of the Reservations system, BAR, key statistics, and operational data
Front Office
• Fully operational in all GRO tasks and systems (Opera, Golden, Key)
• Engage with guests pre-arrival, handling requests
• Create seamless in-villa check-in/check-out experiences
• Collect preferences for current and future stays
• Perform buggy transfers for multiple villas or resort crunches
• Provide full Concierge services to generate revenue via:
o Resort experiences
o Contracted excursions: boat tours, island tours, helicopters, restaurants, water 
sports, hiking, photo sessions
• Create personalized itineraries with special touches, gifts, and memories
• Customize guest experience with "wows" like sunset drinks, appetizers, etc.
Residence
• Full knowledge of private homes vs. rental residences:
o Services, inclusions, floor plans, and facilities
• Provide accurate residence tours and information
• Understand Resort services for residences: à la carte, inclusions
• Operate according to the model during Owner Leisure Visits
Housekeeping
• Conduct villa inspections for arrival and turndown
• Organize special touches (e.g. romantic baths, flowers, daily surprises)
• Walk-throughs pre-arrival (guest preferences) and post-departure (reset and report 
issues)
• Understand Housekeeping products/services for guest requests
Laundry
• Knowledge of service process and care symbols
• Provide unpacking/packing services when needed
Food and Beverage
• Extensive menu knowledge: offerings, timing, kids' meals, entertainment
• Ability to set up and serve meals, including fine dining, BBQs, spa rooftop 
experiences, beach dinners, boat trips
• Understand kitchen hygiene and equipment
• Assist with IVD during crunches (pickup, clearance, serve)
• Minibar knowledge for guest customization and accurate charging
• Attend tastings and share feedback
• Knowledge of dietary needs and suitable alternatives
• Familiar with the amenities program, ensuring refreshes and surprises (especially for 
suites and residences)
• Upsell premium F&B events
For senior team members (with F&B approval):
• Wine knowledge for pairing and serving
• Prepare and serve signature/classic cocktails
• Cook and prepare simple breakfast items in suites/residences
Pool & Beach / Recreation / KFAS
• Knowledge of diving, surfing, Wise Oceans services:
o Handle bookings
o Prepare towels, transport, equipment, special return amenities
• Operate Recreation Shack activities/equipment
• Assist Pool & Beach services (e.g. sun bed setup, order taking, amenities)
• Knowledge of KFAS offerings for Very Important Children (activities, babysitting, 
etc.)
Spa
• Understand spa menu and wellness offerings
• Sell treatments, full programs (yoga, fitness, products, in-villa services)
• Set up spa treatments, baths, fitness activities in villas
• Upsell premium spa offerings
Engineering / Landscaping
• Conduct pre/post-stay walk-throughs to report issues
• Understand local flora, fauna, and island nature
IT
• Provide basic troubleshooting for:
o Wi-Fi
o FS App
o FS Chat
o In-villa TVs and phones
o Laptop connectivity
Security
• Certified in senior first aid assistance
