RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES MANAGER – Leadership & Compliance
### Job Duties TRAINING & COMPLIANCE  * Hire, train, and supervise Youth Engagement Specialists. Residential Program Manager – Leadership & Compliance 2  * Conduct new hire onboarding, monthly & quarterly trainings for all staff that work with residential clients  * Provide real-time coaching and mentorship to frontline staff.  * Ensure accountability for training completion and professional development.  * Identify & coordinate mandatory crisis intervention and de-escalation training.  * Implement staff retention strategies to support long-term organizational stability.  * Monitor staff compliance with licensing standards and safety protocols.  * Maintain audit readiness and documentation accuracy.  * Develop and manage staff schedules and attendance tracking.  * Serve as a liaison with compliance-related external stakeholders and licensing bodies to ensure regulatory compliance. COLLABORATION RESPONSIBILITIES OF RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM MANAGER’S  Ensure alignment between program innovation, compliance standards, and operational goals.  Jointly develop and deliver staff training on trauma-informed care, youth engagement, and program-specific interventions.  Coordinate quality assurance reviews and compliance audits to maintain consistency and meet regulatory expectations across residential sites.  Share feedback and data insights to drive continuous improvement in programming, staff development, and operational systems.  Collaborate on staff retention and wellness strategies to foster a supportive, sustainable work environment.  Participate in cross-functional meetings and planning sessions to align departmental goals with organizational priorities.  Engage with clinical teams and case management to ensure coordinated care plans and aligned service delivery for youth.  Liaise with external stakeholders (e.g., licensing agencies, community partners, educational institutions) to support program compliance and strengthen service partnerships.  Collaborate with data and evaluation teams to measure program outcomes, identify trends, and inform strategic planning.  Support cross-site learning by promoting best practices and encouraging peer learning among residential teams. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES  Conduct monthly performance observations and weekly random video reviews to assess service quality.  Develop and maintain staff compliance tracking systems to ensure consistent adherence to policies.  Address resident concerns, complaints, and behavioral challenges using de-escalation strategies.  Promote innovative supervision strategies.  Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
