What you'll do:

Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of residential development projects, including land acquisition, planning matters, construction issues, site set-up, and plot conveyancing. Work closely with clients in the housebuilder sector, building trusted relationships and delivering tailored solutions that address their unique needs throughout each stage of the development process.
